DoubleVerify, Jakarta – Interagency Mixer
We organised an exclusive interagency mixer for DoubleVerify, bringing together 80 guests from various media agencies. Held at Lucy in the Sky Park, we worked closely with the venue team to coordinate an open bar and a curated dinner menu featuring canapés suited to the evening setting.
To enhance the guest experience, we arranged a branded photo booth and coordinated custom merchandise for attendees to take home – a thoughtful touch to reinforce DoubleVerify’s presence. The atmosphere was further elevated with brand-aligned décor, including custom table lights in DV’s signature colours and eye-catching banners.
Key Highlights & Challenges:
This was our first event in Jakarta, which required adaptability and cross-cultural coordination. From translating conversations between English and Bahasa Indonesia to navigating diverse working styles, we remained agile and responsive throughout to ensure the event’s success.
TikTok, Singapore – In-House Events & CXO Sessions
Our journey into events began with none other than TikTok. From curating décor to sourcing food, we handled every detail from scratch—ensuring each element resonated with the brand’s identity and the expectations of their guests. These in-house sessions and CXO events marked the start of our small but mighty events arm.
What began as a leap of faith soon became a stepping stone. TikTok’s trust in us gave us the confidence to explore and expand in this new space.
Key Highlights & Challenges:
Transitioning from product curation to full-fledged event planning was a whole new game. The early challenges included streamlining logistics, redefining our processes, and adapting quickly to the demands of live experiences. But with each event, we grew in confidence, creativity, and capability.
Live Station

So, what’s a live station? It’s an on-site activation where guests receive real-time personalisation, from bottle engraving to calligraphy to embroidered gifts. One of our most popular activations was a Live Engraving Station at a major convention, where attendees received personalised bottles.
Guests don’t just receive a gift — they get to be part of the creation process, making it a memorable, experiential gifting moment that they’ll cherish long after the event. These activations create deeper connections with your brand, as they allow your guests to engage, share, and experience your brand in a tangible and personal way.
